some issues with the room and noise levels.

broken air conditioning significant noise

the room was quite hot. the air conditioning did not work properly. there was also significant noise from outside. i found it difficult to sleep well with the window open because of the noise and with it closed because of the heat.

central location helpful staff nice breakfast small room missing toiletries outside noise

the location was quite central! it was a short walk to many attractions. the staff at the front desk were helpful, i liked their assistance. breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and coffee.

The room was a bit small, but manageable. I wasn't thrilled about it! the bathroom lacked some basic toiletries. There wasn't any soap. the noise from outside was noticeable at night, and it interrupted my sleep.

solid choice for a City Visit

convenient location good room size clear directions on site bar

the location was really convenient, especially since the station was nearby. the room was a good size and it had decent lighting. the staff gave clear directions to local attractions when i asked. there also was a bar on site.

The soundproofing isn't the best. I could hear some street noise at night.

reception operates twenty four hours a day and offers assistance with luggage storage. the check in process was quick and efficient, it took less than five minutes. staff are multilingual, with english and french spoken.

The hotel has a breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. I saw bacon, eggs, cereal, and pastries. the bar offered a limited menu of snacks and light meals throughout the day. vending machines are available for drinks and snacks.

noisy environment ineffective heater

the room temperature proved difficult to regulate. i found i could open the window, yet that introduced considerable noise. the ensuite lacked a functional extractor fan and air conditioning was absent. the heater, when activated, failed to warm the room effectively, leaving me with a choice between noise and cold or enduring a humid atmosphere.
